Діяльність зовнішньополітичних органів влади України в ООН і міжнародних су-дах щодо протидії російській гібридній агресії

Розглянуто діяльність зовнішньополітичних органів влади України щодо знаходження оптимальних шляхів протидії гібридному впливу РФ через механізми ООН і в міжнародних судах з метою захисту національного суверенітету. Розкрито проблеми представництва національних інтересів України через неефективність механізму прийняття рішень в Раді безпеки ООН, складнощі їх захисту в судових органах внаслідок гальмування процесів відповідачем – Російською Федерацією. Відзначено ефективність тактики звернення до міжнародних судів задля використання механізму тимчасових заходів як засобу припинення порушень прав і свобод людини, означення юрисдикції відповідача та прийняття справ до розгляду. Проаналізовано ефективність діяльності української делегації в ГА ООН і РБ ООН протягом 2016-2017 рр. З’ясовано, що уряд України поступово напрацював системний підхід протидії гібридній агресії у зовнішньополітичній сфері, який означився координацією дій різних відомств на міжнародній арені.
