Російсько-українська війна як фактор трансформації зовнішньої та безпекової політики ФРН

У статті проаналізовані ключові принципи та настанови, на яких базована зовнішня та безпекова політика Федеральної Республіки Німеччини, а також важливі практичні рішення в сфері європейської та міжнародної політики. Особлива увага приділена періоду правління канцлера Г. Шрьодера, перед яким повстало завдання пошуку нової ролі ФРН на європейській та міжнародній арені, що мала врахувати фактор об’єднання держави та очікування щодо неї її ключових міжнародних партнерів. Додатковим чинником стали ускладненні безпекові виклики, які призвели до трансформації безпекової політики Берліна. Ретельно проаналізовані роль та значення Ostpolitik у німецькій зовнішній політиці, як за канцлерства Г. Шрьодера, так й А. Меркель. Вказана роль Ostpolitik у вирішенні російсько-українського конфлікту у період 2014-2022 років. Показаний процес трансформації мислення політичних німецьких еліт щодо України, Росії та процесу забезпечення безпеки після 24 лютого 2022 року. Проаналізована нормативно-правова база ФРН у сфері надання військової допомоги та експорту озброєнь.
