Війна Росії проти України і питання повоєнного міжнародного порядку

Російсько-українська війна засвідчила завершення постбіполярної доби і актуалізувала питання нового міжнародного порядку як в теоретичному, так і практичному вимірах. Домінуючі неореалістична (К. Волтц, Дж. Мершеймер) і неоліберальна інтерпретації (Дж. Айкенберрі), виявилися не здатними подолати виклики ахісторицизму, вийти за межі традиційних концепцій. Мета статті полягає у з’ясуванні впливу російсько-української війни на порядок денний та зміст обговорення питання повоєнного міжнародного порядку. В осмисленні згаданого питання в контексті російсько-української війни вже позначилися кілька тенденцій. Продуктивні альтернативні інтерпретації міжнародного порядку розвиваються передусім в рамках Англійської школи та історичної соціології в міжнародних відносинах. Крім історичного аналізу, до їхніх переваг належить фокусування на моделях безперервності та змін, що є вкрай важливим в умовах кардинальних і масштабних трансформацій міжнародних відносин. В прикладному контексті застосування історицистських підходів дозволить надати обґрунтовану оцінку можливості порядку, заснованого на правилах, в умовах гетерогенності суспільної природи ключових гравців світової політики, створити передумови для кардинальної зміни Заходом стратегії підтримки України.
