The article reveals the meaning of the concept of “world order”, presents its own interpretation. It is noted that the concept of “world order” reflects the situation in the development of international relations, which is being formed in recent times, in the period when the trend of globalization is emerging and gaining momentum and the political power of the great powers is crystallization. Waging a full-scale war against democratic Ukraine in February 2022, the autocratic Russian Federation made a claim for an authoritarian change in the current world order. and to single out modern trends in the development of international relations caused by the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. There was a tendency to expand the Euro-Atlantic community and Western civilization in general due to the prospect of joining this circle of peoples of Ukraine. The world order is a horizontal time section of international relations, their “objectively determined state”, which arises in a certain period of time by comparing the potentials of the leading countries. The most influential authoritarian regimes in the world (Russia, Iran, China, North Korea) are betting on resolving the problems of interstate relations by force. This testifies to their attempt to revise the modern world order, where developed democracies play a leading role. World autocracies are trying to impose the authoritarianization of the international system through military aggression. They are opposed by the “Ramstein” democratic coalition (USA, Great Britain, Germany, Canada, Poland, Ukraine, etc.), which is trying to preserve the existing balance of power and the current world order.Moldova, potentially in the medium term, Belarus and Georgia. It is concluded that the new world order, which is being formed before our eyes, is acquiring features of multipolarity. It has not yet been finally formed, but two main centers of world influence have already been determined: the USA as the leader of a coalition of democratic countries and China as the leader of world autocracies.
