Анотація

У статті представлено аналіз сучасних теоретико-концептуальних підходів до вивчення «м’якої сили». Забезпечено основу для розвитку більш тонкого розуміння феномену та запропоновано шляхи подальших досліджень у цій сфері. Також визначені та розкриті основні виклики, з якими стикаються науковці та практики в дослідженнях. Окрім аналізу сучасного стану концепції, в статті зосереджується увага на феномені привабливості, як центрального в розумінні природи «м’якої сили», зокрема її проблемності як на теоретичному, так і практичному рівні. Окремої уваги приділено розумінню «м’якої сили» через призму ліберальної, реалістичної та конструктивістської шкіл. Проаналізовані також різні підходи до операціоналізації концепції та її складових, обґрунтовано необхідність її розширення. Окрім того, представлений аналіз особливостей актороцентричного підходу в дослідженнях «м’якої сили», зокрема наголошується на необхідності вивчення конкурентних сил в рамках дослідження конкретних випадків її використання. Особливої уваги приділяється аналізу взаємовідношення «м’якої» та «жорсткої сили». Обґрунтовується теза про те, що «м’яка сила» може переймати характеристики та ефекти «жорсткої», натомість прояви «жорсткої сили» можуть мати «м'який» вплив на інших акторів.
