The article provides a comprehensive political analysis a comprehensive political science study of the features of strategic planning of anti-corruption policy in Romania. Romania, as a European democratic state, promotes state policy, integrated into the issues of strengthening institutional integrity, based on active actions aimed at reducing corruption; development of a competitive business environment; increasing public confidence in justice and government; civil society participation in decision-making processes. It is established that corruption is a social phenomenon with a pronounced political background, first of all, it leads to institutional destruction, the termination of a political career, the change of political regimes. A study of the priority areas of the anti-corruption policy of Romania, the main characteristics and features of regulatory legal acts made it possible to summarize the main anti-corruption strategies of Romania. It is proved that the anti-corruption policy of Romania is most fully reflected in the National Program for the Prevention of Corruption, the relevant industry strategies focused on the most vulnerable links: politics, management (administration) and justice. It has been proven that the success of the implementation of the National Program for the Prevention of Corruption depends on the nature of the partnership between political actors and civil society and non-governmental organizations. It is proved that the Romanian experience is the most important in understanding how important the strategic planning of anti-corruption policy is, since it affects the format of activities of anti-corruption structures. The results can be used to model a system for preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine.
