Етапи формування спільної імміграційної політики Європейського Союзу

Стаття аналізує етапи становлення спільної імміграційної політики Європейського Союзу. У статті доводиться, що відмінність етапів спричинена необхідністю відповідей на виклики як внутрішньоекномічних потреб, так і обставинами зовнішнього середовища, спричинених регіональними та глобальними загрозами.
